Well, since you asked! We’re a flexible and commitment-free IT support service, providing you with any extra assistance you might need for technology glitches, outages, or even scary catastrophes. We can be on hand at a moment’s notice, with each time-based tickIT costing as little as £75.
At the moment, we’re able to help anybody with IT issues within the UK, but bear with us! We’ll be adding more countries to our service offering soon.
First and foremost, we offer good old peace of mind. Knowing that you have a dedicated human IT expert available to help solve your problems will allow you to take a real load off. Oh, and not to mention all that precious time you’ll be saving too.
What can’t we help you with, more like! We handle problems ranging from Microsoft 365 issues to servicing all elements of PCs and Macs. Well, that all depends on how much help you need. We offer three packages: the One Hit Wonder for help with one-off tasks. Our High Five bundle, for extra assistance with multiple issues. And then there’s our Whole Caboodle plan – which offers our unlimited services for a whole month. Depending on how much help you need and what your budget is, we can advise on what bundle is best for you, so get in touch with us if you need more guidance.
We work on a monthly cycle basis, so each month your tickIT balance will reset. You won’t be able to carry tickIT’s over to the following month – so make sure you request our expertise before your monthly tickIT’s expire! When a problem is submitted to us, your tickIT is registered and placed in a pending status, until the job is completed and closed. Yep, it’s as simple as that.
