Well, that all depends on how much help you need. We offer three packages: the One Hit Wonder for help with one-off tasks. Our High Five bundle, for extra assistance with multiple issues. And then there’s our Whole Caboodle plan – which offers our unlimited services for a whole month. Depending on how much help you need and what your budget is, we can advise on what bundle is best for you, so get in touch with us if you need more guidance.

We work on a monthly cycle basis, so each month your tickIT balance will reset. You won’t be able to carry tickIT’s over to the following month – so make sure you request our expertise before your monthly tickIT’s expire! When a problem is submitted to us, your tickIT is registered and placed in a pending status, until the job is completed and closed. Yep, it’s as simple as that.
